Allbaugh, who served as the National Campaign Manager for Bush-Cheney 2000. He also served as Campaign Manager for President Bush's first run for Texas governor.
And before joining the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a deputy director in 2001, GOP activist Mike Brown had no significant experience that would have qualified him for the position.
The Oklahoman got the job through an old college friend who at the time was leading up FEMA.
Numnuts the Lesser continues using his dog as a prop, but his political hack at FEMA, Michael Brown, would like us to forget his history with ponies -- even to the omission of that decade from his FEMA resume. Still, Katrina has forced their their dog and pony show on the road. Early reviews are dreadful.
We all know the best way to destroy anything that works: Put an incompetent in charge of running it. What better evidence do we need than the current mismanagement of FEMA, Homeland Security -- and the presidency?

What a joke. I only hope that GWB will realize, some day, that his

If there's any justice, the American people will dismiss Numnut the Lesser before he does further damage to the country.
