Wishful thinking. IF there are any indictments --- and there's no guarantees there --- Libby will be the fall guy, and possibly Rove will be served. However, they would be charged with lesser offenses such as obstruction of justice or perjury. The main charge of deliberatly outing an undercover agent is extremely difficult, if not almost impossible, to prove.
